"Pop it like a little taco"

OMG! So I am watching Emeril tonight and he is making ceviche. And then he says "So sometimes we serve it at the restaurant in a lettuce leaf like a little taco....yeah so you just pop it like little taco". Then he takes this fab looking ceviche mix and puts a spoonful in a leaf of butter lettuce and rolls it up like said "taco" and hands it to Doc Gibbs and says, "Yeah so we just pop it like a little taco". Har!

Ya gotta love Emeril :)

ps: I love  a little raw fish "taco" on occasion myself..heh, heh!
