Dinner tonight
Here's where DG and I had dinner with some friends of his. Oh yeah! Check out the menu. Mmmm, mmmm good! And tres expensive. Good thing we no have to pay...yes? Our hosts brought wine (fabulous wine, btw)
I had the cream of mushroom soup followed by the scallops and gnocchi with cream sauce (darned good thing I love the dairy products). DG had the Duck Terrine (not bad considering it had some foie gras in it) and the pork tenderloin. We all shared 3 desserts (one on the house) which were very tasty. Mmmm, ahhhh, ohhh...dang it was all so good and satisfying.
Anyhoo...off to bed now. I have had enough for one evening. Toodles y'all!
