I think the government's latest announcement is sending my father prematurely grey. He's been talking about it non-stop. I don't think even he knows what to make of it. It's been bothering me, though... do normal police weapons really even stand a chance against these things?

I met someone at one of those boring parties yesterday, Franziska. She was better conversation than anyone else at those places. I can't stand having to go to those damn parties. Anyway, I haven't found out any more about what I was researching, either. I think I've hit a dead end.
