Yes, I went to Los Angeles with a brief stop in Texas on the way. Within a few hours of the plane landing in Texas, I did a photoshoot with a lovely lady- "Heather Sterling" and here's a photo. I look a little less jet-lagged than I felt and I felt a little less confused than I look.

It's my birthday on Wednesday and I'm not as excited as I should be. I think that's mainly because I lost half of this year to a hideous job, resulting in an equally hideous depression-thingy and therefore made no effort with modelling or writing for those six months. However, I'm making up for it now!

Last weekend, I went to London. I was heading to a photoshoot with Ben aka Cameralondon aka Lume and then to see a very good friend and go to Torture Garden. I'm still jobhunting. I got through an interview for a job I really wanted and then it all went wrong. Just before my second interview, my mum called to say my grandma had died** so I was not in an "interview mood" and felt I could have done a lot better. Very odd start to the year. I don't think I've ever had so many great things and awful things happen at once!

Awful things- my grandma is not getting any better so everyone is morose. A friend's mum died the other day so his family is upset, I think my cat back home might be ill and I literally have no money (but a few paid jobs coming up hopefully ( Read more... )
