art projects and Christmas stuff

Currently, I have a clothes drying rack filled up with wrinkly, damp, paper bags that I have strategically cut so that I can eventually distress them and use them to make book covers. This will also mean that the $40 worth of copies I got a few days ago from Kinko's will be crafted into actual books which will then be distributed to various family members for their Christmas gifts. Until the paper dries enough that I can distress it, though, it's pretty much taking up almost my entire bathroom.

There's suppsed to be a big snow storm coming through, which I can deal with, I just really wish that wasn't the case. I don't want to be snowed in this weekend, I'm supposed to help out a friend of mine.

Oh well. Preparations are well underway to go home for Christmas. It'll be nice to go on the trip.
