The first assignment I receive to grade from Dr. Groom is a test. Woohoo, raking in the dough. ;-)
I went home for Gran's birthday yesterday. She made herself a turtle cheesecake (which was awesome), but I thought I'd make her a dessert anyways. She likes this pie called "eagle brand" pie - it's reeeeally easy to make. Not my favorite, but for an easy dessert, it's not bad. I also learned how to make meringue. It's not too difficult!
I'm glad that week is OVER. I'll get to relax tomorrow, after I'm done with these tests...better start now!
