vacation rocks off ze faces
hello..sorry. i've been hiding again. james and i are on vacation this week, so i've been hanging out with him constantly, trying to savor every minute since next week it will be back to opposite schedules again, i imagine. today is his birthday so i'm letting him sleep in, even though i could use a cup of coffee very badly. eventful times this week..sunday was my birthday so i drug some people out to see farenheit 9/11 with me. it was really good..i cried a bazillion times. then vicky invited us over and gave me birthday cake. mmmmm. i was very happy with her choice of cakes, too. chocolate truffle cake. and we drank some white russians and didn't get drunk so much as horribly sleepy.
the rest of the week has mostly been comprised of lots of skating and playing dominoes. which may sound like a boring vacation to some, but for me it is heaven! aside from my insane fall the day before yesterday. there was this crazy hill..very steep and curvy. james started going down and came back and said "no. we definitely cannot handle this hill yet." and i pulled up some deathwish from the back of my head and started going down it anyway. i got going about 20 miles an hour, got kind of freaked out. i tried to run off my board but it was going so fast i just ended up tripping and knee-sliding on concrete with no pads. so now i have scary knee wound that must constantly be neosporined and bandaged. i think i just had bad luck that day, cause i fell three times, which is unusual for me..and then i ended up puking my guts out for no particular reason right before bed.
james got some new wheels...they are hot pink. i am soooo jealous!
also, word of warning to you all. don't make plans with eddie. he will ditch you, and not even bother to call.
okay. james is going to have to wake up. my head will explode if i don't have caffeine soon. you guys have parties!
