hmm..
sorry i've been in hiding lately. my phone got disconnected for a wee bit due to my horrible irresponsibility with paying bills combined with no money. also i had a root canal last week, was on lots of happy pain medicine..and quite frankly wasn't quite coherent enough to have anything meaningful to say.
anyhow it was our three year anniversary yesterday, so whoo-hoo for us! well, that's how long we've officially been married, but we've been living together for almost six, and that sounds much more exciting, doesn't it? since it happened to fall on mother's day we had to hang out with ze mother-in-law so the actual festivities will take place today if we could only think of super-cool things to do. i think maybe the science place would be fun..okay, yes we are dorks. and maybe to sambuca for some dancy-times.
i'm reading a fiction book right now to try to pull myself out of the little funk i've been in due to reading way too much depressing non-fiction stuff. however, it is sort of a social commmentary type fiction book, so i guess i'm really not doing so well to take my mind off of things. (it's a fabulous book, though! it's called bear v. shark!)
i wish i had really cool important things to say...but as usual i really don't.
