i enjoy the simple things so much
yay i am almost better. i only sound slightly congested now. but, i fear inigo has caught my cold. i don't know how, but he most definitely picked up a cold just after i got mine. kitty sneezes aren't as cute as you think they might be. he had a boogie yesterday and it literally POPped like a snapple top when he sneezed it out.
yesterday i cleaned. i was supposed to be drawing. or reading about relativity (which is really fascinating and i'm looking forward to reading it but i'm also terrified of it). or doing math problems. but i cleaned. first i vacuumed. my room. the upstairs hallway. all of the stairs. it was nasty. but now so pretty! then i cleaned my windows (partly). the sills were caked with dust, paint chips and leaves and... other stuff. opening all my windows and cuddling with a doggie and a kitty overlooking a sunset on the bay with a warm breeze blowing in is SO nice.
i was soooooo hungry when i came home but all there was was rice and beans that i stole from my housemates. so i ate it and now i'm way full. it's kinda weird. i want to make cookies but the time never seems to make its self.
my brain totally turns to mush when i'm down here (at work). mostly what i wanted to say is that this hot weather ROCKS.
oh, and any band name suggestions for joseph's band? they are currently "The Lords of Volume" but have decided that that's lame. it sounds like an 80's ballad-rock band name. but they kinda sound like tool.
