Ok. My present plan is to move journaling to written journaling and use this to monitor my progress on various areas. Here goes:
Spirituality: the meditation thing/living in the moment has been very, very hard for me. I feel that especially now, I'm in hyper-drive because I don't want to do what I usually do at the beginning of the summer -- loafing around and then becoming completely lethargic.
Diet: I haven't really wanted meat up until this morning. Suddenly I wanted tuna. Tuna with mayonnaise, like in my tuna noodle casserole. How do I make that without tuna? I need to figure out what the heck I'm doing.
Writing: Good writing day today. Started the book One Year to a Writing Life, and I'm enjoying the activities thus far.
Exercise: This week I've already biked twice, and yesterday I did free weights for the first time in a while. Today I don't have any major plans except for the exercise while cleaning, some batting practice with Dad, and softball.
Music: Going terribly. i.e. I've done nada. I did go karaoking with Crystal last week. It was kinda lousy, though, 'cause they put off the singing until after the basketball game (which went into overtime), and then the background was cranked up so loud that it was hard to hear oneself. Sigh. Oh, but I do have some guitar books that I'm borrowing from Scott.
