Back from Edmonton/Gibbons!
A good trip, overall. The road part? A bit sketchy... Miss Leah was pretty hit-or-miss the whole time, but who could blame her? It was a long trip.
Highlights included rocking out with the nephews, getting blotto-ed in the hot tub, and going to the waterpark at West Ed. Leah LOVED the waterpark-- so did Troy and I! I even braved some of the crazier slides (though not that crazy red one that shoots straight down). It was a long and tiresome day, but so worth it. The trip was a good time, but I'm happy to be back with my own stuff.
In other news, I'll be doing my first commissioned cake for my friend's kid's first birthday. WooT!
