I have just heard from the garage that the Insurance Company have authorised the repairs to my car. Phew! I was worried that they might decide it was not economic which would have been very annoying, since someone drove into me. As I backed off my drive this morning, I spotted the Riverford Organics van reversing towards me, so I stopped. Unfortunately he didn't! Result, one comprehensively bashed in rear door but thankfully no other damage. A nuisance but, after all, just a bit of bent metal, no-one hurt - heck, his bumper wasn't even scratched!
