Fringe:
1. What got you into this fandom in the first place?
I dunno. Premise, probably, and a deep ache where I missed X-Files? Started watching from the get-go, got hooked on the back half of season 1.
2. Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
I'll stay at least until J.J. fucks it up.
3. Favorite episodes/books/movies, etc?
Oh, crap. I'm no good at pulling specific eps on a show like Fringe. It's more like moments in each ep, anyway. Walter. Olivia. Chawlie. Peter. Astrid. Broyles. Nina. Lincoln. What's not to love?
I describe this show as "a darker, more dysfunctional version of X-Files", which pisses off X-Files fans - UNLESS THEY'VE SEEN THE SHOW. Then they agree with me, usually. \o/
It's just a wonderful, wonderful mix of non sequiturs from Walter, Olivia being awesome, Peter being subtle, mysteries being freaky and scary and awesome, and a mythos that folds back on itself but so far hasn't fucked itself over. I heart it so.
4. Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
If flist discusses, I'll join in from time to time. I've also done...I think drabblishes. I at one time wanted to do a crossover with Primeval and Who/Torchwood, but the logistics of that has me stymied at the moment, so the burner it's on? Way way way WAY back. o.O And might even be a universe or three over.
5. Do you think more people should get into this fandom?
Yes? But Can I pick and choose? Heh.
SGA
1. What got you into this fandom in the first place?
Joe Flanagan, flinching as he walked through the wormhole in a promo. Doesn't hurt that he's My Type, too; though sadly, not so much. Don't ask. It's a personality thing, as much as a physical thing.
2. Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
PTB couldn't keel it for me completely, though I think my muse died. *pokes at muse* *wanders away*
3. Favorite episodes/books/movies, etc?
Eps: Any with Zelenka, that's for sure. Anything with McKay and Zelenka, doubly so.
4. Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
Wrote a bit of fic.

I think I did a count, at one point, on the best Zelenka listing out there at the time. I had...roughly 1/3 of the fic, though I can't recall if that was overall, or simply for M/Z. Probably the latter.

NCIS
1. What got you into this fandom in the first place?
I'm way way way way out in the boonies in this fandom. As in, probably not even in fandom for this show at all, really. But I read zortified's fic, and kageygirl's, because I kind of love McGee and DiNozzo, though honestly I really am mostly puzzled by Gibbs/DiNozzo. I mean. If I squint. But it's not really to my taste. There's too much of an imbalance there. Even between McGee/DiNozzo if it's not handled right, but handled right, that pairing's easier for me to swallow.
So to speak. *koff*
2. Do you think you'll stay in this fandom or eventually move on?
Again, I'd have to see a decent argument that I'm actually in this fandom. It's...kind of theoretical, at best, though I do like watching the show.
3. Favorite episodes/books/movies, etc?
Oh. Um. The Halloween episode? Ones where Tony isn't depicted as being a complete tool, which limits it somewhat. Ones where the Team Love is strong. Where Abby rocks (that's more open-ended) and Palmer is cute and Ducky is erudite (ditto).
4. Do you participate in this fandom (fanfiction, graphics, discussions)?
You know, I'm not even sure I've had the characters guest in other fics at all. Though I've read some good crossovers with SGA (it's all the Marines' fault).
