Okay so here is a tasty tofu recipe.
You shall need;
1 14 oz package of extra firm tofu that you have sliced into about 1/4 inch thick slices.
2 table spoons honey
1 table spoons white vinegar
4 table spoons soy sauce
2 table spoons olive oil
1/2 table spoon apple juice
2 table spoons minced garlic
1 package sliced baby mushrooms
1. Mix everything together in a small bowel and lay tofu out in a single layer in a casserole dish, pour the marinade over the tofu. Cover with fail and let stand in the refrigerator for anywhere from 2 hours to a day. The longer you let it sit the stronger it will be.
2. Put the entire casserole dish into a 400 degree oven and let bake for 20 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes transfer the tofu onto a baking pan (the mushrooms as well) and let it bake for 20 more minutes.
4. Flip tofu and bake for 10 more minutes or until it's the color you'd like it to be.
5. Eat.
