baby update
1) Baby Name and Age: Ellenie LouVette D.
6 weeks tomorrow
2) Weight/length/clothing size being worn:10lbs 6oz 22inches
(born 6lbs 4oz 19 1/2)
3) Food! Formula? Breastmilk? Combo?:
She was getting combo for the longest time, but alas I just don't pump enough at all! so She's on Good Start and boy she eats!
4) Sleep habits: She fights through a few days during the day and has started to sleep amazing at night! She goes down about 11:30 and sleeps till 4-5am!
5) Is baby on a schedule? If so describe:
No, not really . We pretty much wing it.
6) What's driving you crazy, if anything:
Ugh, just my boyfriend! He takes great care of us, but he doesn't help out very much with the not so fun baby stuff. He's getting better.
Also others telling me what I am doing wrong and how I should be doing it! AGR! I got this!
7) Milestones: Oh my big girl is holding her head up pretty well! She loves when you sit her up, and is melting my heart with her learning how to smile!
8) How are you doing in general: I was very anxious and frazzled the first few weeks. I felt like a failure because she got sick, I couldn't breast feed, and all around felt like everything was falling apart. My incision opened! Now I'm closed up and happy again, and she's amazing. I love being her mom, but it's sometimes feels unreal that I am actually a mother.
9) Are your health and weight loss concerns going well?: I somehow managed to lose all my baby weight I gained while pregnant! No clue what happened there since I was no longer diabetic I have been eating like crazy! After my check up I'm going to lose more!
