About man being the master of our own destiny, I think sometimes circumstances are beyond us. So we gotta try to adapt and keep on trying, but not at the expense of our own happiness. Or health.
And, sleep is important! Please sleep, but wake up okay? Lack of sleep is linked to psychiatric disorders. 0.o Take vitamins too for a health boost.
