Wow! What can I say about this drama? Awesome....first time in a while that I've enjoyed a drama as much as I liked this one. I have to admit, I'm not the biggest Kamenashi fan. Sometimes, he's too pretty for his on good. But I am appreciating him as actor more and more. This was by far his best performance in my opinion. Mind you.... I have not seen a whole lot of his dramas or movies. The characters in this drama were sooo good and engaging. Narimiya again turns in the great performance. It's a shame that he's retired from the industry. He's very rarely the main character in dramas, but his presence is always felt and he's such a good actor. And again, Kuranosuke puts in another great performance. The silly humor, the suspense factor, the camaraderie all made for a really awesome drama.
And that ending.... typical J-drama ending that makes you wanting more. Second season.... I hope so. But I've also watched enough dramas to know that it probably won't happen and I have to be satisfied with just re-watching the show again. =) But this drama is well worth watching again. No Kamenashi fan will be disappointed.
Theme song in all honesty is quite forgettable. I can't even hear in my head right now. But it's okay....the drama speaks for itself.
