Best Wedding Guide EVER
If you know anyone who is getting married, they need to get Wedding Workbook and Organizer by Elizabeth and Alex Lluch.
It is EXTREMELY helpful. Lot's of check lists, budget sheets, timelines, even little pockets with labels for your receipts, business cards, inspirate etc. I got it for 20% off over at Borders. The one I got it from is going out of business :(

I got the tuxedos taken care of today, the cake, the flower girl dress, hair with make up, and more reception stuff.
It's a blessing in disguise that the Jamaica wedding was a no go. We are saving so much money. We're currently 7,000 behind budget. I shouldn't be too excited about that because there are a few things I haven't gotten yet... but hey, I'm pleased :D
