Man! No wonder I was trying to avoid working out more-- it hurts! I have done major exercise in the last 5 days though- weights Fri and Mon, cardio at the gym Fri, Mon & Tues, AND 2 hrs of x-country skiing with Rick Sunday (super fun, fell down lots, and got our asses kicked by a REALLY old couple- they even had the whole syncro whoosh, whoosh thing down).

The reward? 3 days in a row of sauna time! Also hopefully the (tiny) start to some muscle definition
The cost? My body hurts! And not just the bruise on my bum from falling Sunday. I can seriously feel every muscle in my legs from Monday's workout.

I am SO going for an epsom salt bath right now!
