About 5 this morning I proceeded to let the dog out. She runs on a long chain that stretches down to the pasture. For many reasons she cannot run free. Lovely day. As predicted high of 71 and low of 45 tonight. Love it. My kind of weather.

Housework in the a.m. Helped Erin pack in afternoon.

She made egg drop soup plus beef and broccoli for supper, so good.

Left knee hurts absurdly.

And I'm tired.

Sleep.

Started this entry yesterday, but got so frustrated at trying to type on the online version of LJ on my tablet that I just gave up. I was just too tired and in pain to get up and get the laptop. Yesterday proved to be quite productive. I completed clearing the main path to the raised bed. Hard work. Lifted too many stones and today am exhausted and hurting along with being plagued by dark emotional over tones. Sipping on a cup of chai and looking at my paper journal from January of this year. I am grateful that I don't seem to be worse than I was a year ago. I think that my pain might be less.
