Red Bud Tree and Mystery Plant

About 30 years ago one of my dearest friends gave me this tiny little twig of a redbud tree and we planted it at the edge of the herb garden. I am amazed that it is still alive as these trees are not long lived, but she carries on year after year. I like that you call the tree a "she". Of course, because her flowers are pink and she doesn't give up! Awesome.
