Maru, Outside the Box

GuTonight Dorothy does something rare: dhe climbs onto my lap whie I'm sitting on the counch, and asks to be petted. There is a long moment were she purrs like a car with a cylinder missing as I scartch her back and cheeks, while I tell her I love her so much. So I was just now sitting on the couch petting Alice - the more social, good-natured of our cats- when she did something totally unprecedented for her. Ms. Dorothy says any movies must be cleared with her publicist.

So I took a short nap today, as much to get warm as for anything else. When I woke up, I had to familiar lumps sitting on me. This time though, I sneakily grabbed my camera.
