Never look down
So, I woke up this morning without the ability to turn my neck without a lot of pain and crying. I cant turn my head at all like I got into a car wreck. I am in so much pain right now and I've no idea why. I must have slept on it wrong. I've spent the entire day doped up on pain pills. Whoooooooooooooooooooo. I feel alil sleepy now.....
