So... things are busy now that classes have started again. I have been able to catch up on watching stuff, though--I saw a Ducky-centric NCIS ep from this most recent season that was heartbreaking but very satisfying (I'm nowhere near caught up with the whole series, and I'm not even going to try), and I've been seeing bits and pieces of Hustle since naming my Pidgeot after Albert has gotten me wanting to know more about his namesake. Trying to watch the whole thing is a bit difficult, as there are, apparently, some bedroom scenes (the irony is I can watch autopsy scenes without flinching, but bedroom scenes make me #NOPE like whoa), but Robert's scenes are clean as far as I can tell. More in-depth, I saw both of Robert's Zane Gray Theatre episodes. In one, he plays an absolutely unhinged killer with no redeeming qualities whatsoever (...though he did look adorable... *headdesk*), and in the other one, he starts off as the villain as a hired gun, but fate intervenes and he ends up pulling a 180 and redeems himself--naturally, that was the more satisfying episode (he's also really cute in that ep, as well, playing a harmonica while riding into town). Squeeeeee, I'm really head over heels for Robert--I didn't think anyone would ever succeed in stealing my heart from Patrick Troughton, but here we are...

I'll be heading home for the long weekend tomorrow--and also tomorrow is a Nintendo Direct! The Directs have been noticeably infrequent since Mr. Iwata passed away, but I am grateful that they are continuing them. And I should be able to catch it live tomorrow--a good thing, as this Direct is focusing entirely on upcoming stuff for the 3DS! If there's anything noteworthy, I'll be sure to mention it--if not here, then on tumblr!
