Parks and Recreation
has been delightful this season, with few misses. "The Fight" was definitely the stronger of the two episodes aired last week, but "Eagleton" had the extra awesome of Leslie's line I'm gonna go make out with him right now. On his FACE!" And then there was that first kiss. I... it's sort of embarrassing how much I think Leslie and Ben are adorable. Please don't mess this up, show.
Donna and Jerry winning at Know Your Boo was hilarious.
Oh, and everyone's drunk bar scenes in combination with their next day hangovers in "The Fight" were just... heeeeeeee! I may have to rewatch that episode.
Doctor Who
Apparently my lack of excitement for all things Gaiman extended to this episode. It was competent and entertaining, but I have no desire to declare this to be the best stand-alone episode for Eleven. Also, I'm disappointed that there was no Idris Elba, since I knew there was an Idris in the episode. ;-)
The Killing
YOU GUYS KNOW HOW I FEEL ABOUT BUDDY COPS! (I love them.) YAAAAAAY, LINDEN AND HOLDER BUDDY COPS!
Ahem. Hi there. My name is Rose and I have a bulletproof male-female buddy cop friendship kink.
This episode was low on plot advancement ("Stonewalled" is an appropriate title) but I'm still intrigued enough by the character development. Richmond's descent into mud-slinging, Mitch's slow slide downward, the Ahmeds and their foundering relationship.
Ugh, Linden's boss is the WORST EVER. Bleh.
Fiancé not returning calls, working late hours with female co-worker. Jack e-mailing his friends the pictures. Ack.
Um. Sorry, no more time to think of thoughtful things to say.
And that's all the TV I watched. Except for my rewatch of SCC episode 2.05
I'll write a recap of it tomorrow night unless the person signed up for the recap posts by then.
