The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

I have only see bits and pieces of the movie The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (it is one of my Dad's favorites) but the title has always intrigued me. I thought I would tell about the good, the bad and the ugly of my day. Since I like to end things on a positive note, I will go backwards.

Thanks, Mumis. :-) I have tried the tea. Sometimes it has helped but this time nothing seems to be helping. :-( Thanks for the "smiley" I love it. Perhaps if I look at it right before I go to bed, it will help me sleep. :-)
