May The Forth Be With You

For the younger readers, Dragon and Thief is an excellent story.

Timothy Zahn begins the first DRAGONBACK Adventure with friendship.
Draycos is eager to explore the new (as of yet, unsettled) world, eager to find out if it's as promised.
After all, the ship he and his friends, his people arrive in, is searching for a new home - a place where they can escape persecution and death.
Sadly, the world wasn't theirs to buy.

Jack Morgan, one step ahead of the law, doesn't want to live as he's been trained but can't see a way out.
Then, Jack meets Draycos - and suddenly, everything his Uncle has taught him to survive, has been given new life, new applications, and Jack sees a new outlook.
Perhaps, he can clear his name.

Dragon and Thief has several twists and turns.
Very well written - fun for all ages, IHMO.  Adult readers might find parts of the plot predictable, but there is always something unexpected coming up.
After all, this was written by Timothy Zahn.  (He's a master of behind-the-scenes maneuvering, IMHO, which just make ALL his stories and tales more believable and fun)
