Marshmallows
MILK (I like whole; but can use skim or 2% or low-fat, or lactate or almond or coconut or soy, or - etc).
Chocolate - the real stuff, not the candy bar.
Vanilla
Sugar (white recommended, but brown, coconut, or other can be used instead).
WARM
4 cups milk (water okay if lactose intolerant, or simply don't like milk in general)
While SLOWLY heating up, add
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
STIR.
(taste-test).
if the chocolate is too strong, splash in more milk (1/4 cup at a time).
Add a little vanilla extract (try 1/4 teaspoon for a hint of flavouring. More as enjoyed/liked).
IF the drink is not sweet enough, add the sugar. [cubes or packets to individual tastes].
Garnish with marshmallows.
