Start of a new era (end of another)

Why are people so afraid of now-President Donald Trump?
In his inaugural speech, Trump said “do not look at this as a victory” - which could mean “don’t see this as a loss” just because one man (Obama) has had to pass the buck to someone else.
Would individuals be panicked if Hillary had won the voter-elected role?  Perhaps.  But it would be a different demographic.

Yes, today is a day of change - but isn’t that what the Former-President Obama promised to bring?  Change and “progress”.
How has he benefited ALL of America?  The Poor?  The Middle Class?  The rich?  Those in the Establishment/Government?  Those in the outskirts?
Might depend on what Media sources one listens to - and how deep one digs into the statistics presented.

What Trump has said, is that he will restore Power and Authority to the People!  Not the government which is in for itself, but for the citizens who make up the nation.

It’s been perhaps sixteen hours since President Donald Trump took his oath of office, and I have noticed a few things that show just how dynamically opposed he and Barack Obama are:
One.  During the speech, Trump used a personal pronoun (“I”, “Me”, “Myself”) three or four times.  (Compare that to the personal pronouns (“me”, “myself”, “I”) that pepper every one of former-President Obama’s speeches!
Instead of using “I”, Trump did use “we” and “our” very frequently.  Not sure it’s a  improvement, but at least he’s not a self-conceited narcissistic, using his power to get his name, face, and ideologies stamped onto all of America’s policies: internationally, domestically, and foreign.
Wait:  it’s been less than twenty-four hours.  Impossible to say Trump can’t and won’t try shaping The United States of America in his own image.  And every president does do that - it seems to be innate human reaction to being granted power.

Two:  former-president Obama (and his wife Michelle Obama) went to ten Inauguration balls.  Current-President Donald Trump and the First Lady went to three Inaugural balls.
See the difference between the two?  Okay, so the number of public presentations the first day in office, might not speak much to their differences, but it’s still something to note.

Three:  I don’t recall Barack Obama ever going to the Armed Forces/Freedom-and-Independence Balls.  Donald Trump made a point of going and talking with the soldiers overseas.  (Even if it was a ten-second wait between them asking a question and us hearing what was asked).

Stopping here - mainly cause sixteen hours doesn’t give one much time to show the disparity between him and his predecessor,  but those differences, though small, are important.
