Stupid chocobos...
So, I thought I could get 100% without doing the chocobo ranch sidequest. I was wrong. It's annoying. Maybe not quite so bad as breeding chocobos but still 'busy work'. But, having got this far, especially having conquered the Gunner's Gauntlet, I want my perfect ending, damn it! So, my revised plan is to chip away at FFX-2 as a 'background' task and to go ahead with the purchase of my PS4. I'm on track for the 'good' ending (which I always thought was the 'perfect' ending...) anyway and I watched the real 'perfect' ending on YouTube yesterday. The best thing was that I found a female gamer doing the Let's Play. I'm going to wait a couple of weeks before getting the PS4, though, until after pay day. I've got £300 saved up but, obviously, I'll have a bit of extra cash when I get paid, in case I need it.
Yesterday was quite a slow day work-wise but I got through it. There are a couple of urgent things bubbling away but in both situations, I need other people to do their shit (and, of course, they are FAR more senior than me) before I can get on with mine. Sooo frustrating.
