So, I'm keeping up with my daily brain training. I got a brain age of 48 (eeks!) when I did the test; I'm going to retake it in about a month and see if there's any improvement.
I'm also doing a bit of a work-out about three times a week. We have a mat that you plug into the telly with pressure pads on it. It has a number of games and exercise and yoga stuff. And I'm making myself take the stairs in work as often as possible. I haven't noticed that my wobbly bits are getting much firmer, but I feel better inside.
My dissertation supervisor is still keen on writing a journal article, which makes me feel bouncy. There's no real rush but I do need to do something with it.
I have a party to go to tonight, which is also fab. A chance to show off my new pink platforms :D
