Counting down...
So, in 6 days I turn 40. Not quite sure how that happened :D
We're running a new series in church on personal journeys in faith. Yesterday was Guy's turn and next week it's mine. Sunday really is going to be my day! I'm going for readings from all 7 Chronicles of Narnia - what else? lol And a Psalm I think I used for my mini-retreat 4 years ago.
There seem to be quite a few people at church interested in Nano. Hopefully we'll be able to get a proper group going.
I'm thinking about plants for my world. I like Lewis' bubble trees on Perelandra (Venus) but they only really work on a world that's warm enough to walk around naked on - heh. And, of course, there are Tolkein's Mallorn trees. But these can only be inspiration - I've got enough time to imagine my own.
I've had a proper weekend - lots of chilling and FF12. Until I get my new DS of course :p Back to work, tomorrow, though.
Need to do some washing but I have no other plans for today.
