Still alive!
Hello, LJ-world. I am still alive - just very, very busy. I made the effort to post, today, because I spent time with Sophie last night - so, I'm updating on life at the moment, too.
I'm working hard(ish) on my dissertation. Really enjoyed the research part, working with Guy on marketing materials and, especially, the concept of servicescape. Now, I'm trying to write it up!
Work-wise, things are - OK, I think. I have a new line-manager who seems keen on stamping her authority but I'm coping. I'm not used to being managed, though. Wayne suggested that it's because I'm unmanageable :p
We're coping with having the daughter and the grandson living with us - but looking forward to them moving out, again - lol!
And we have plans for decorating the bathroom and livingroom.
So, life is pretty good, all things considered.
