I'm hungry but feel as if I should never eat again.

I'm still recovering from my Saturday, which involved going to a joint birthday party for two four-year-olds, then to Early Thanksgiving. Very fun, but SO much food. I'm happy to say that I wasn't subjected to the facepainting at Early Thanksgiving, run by a talented yet overexuberant seven-year-old. Dinner was very yummy though, and I got to see old friends whom I don't see very often. My friend Keith and I couldn't even remember the last time we'd seen each other. Shameful.

Other than that, today I have tired eyes, and I'm crampy and crabby. Honestly, should women who don't want to give birth really be subjected to menstruation? If hysterectomies weren't actual SURGERY I'd have one electively. Like, if it was like a cheap and safe procedure that you'd recover from in a few days, instead of an operation with a recovery period of months, that'd be cool. You medical types, get to work on that, mkay? Thanks.

I didn't know that Rhode Island's real name is "The State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations." And their drivers are the worst in the USA. Officially! (Can you tell I'm watching "The States" on the History Channel?)

food, holidays, tv, my period, friends
