Noisy knees

I don’t think any of you will remember the Scout camp I went on at in April to Newcastle . Well part of the camp was a sponsored hike up Slieve Donnard. I know how you feel on that one, mine creak and rub like no ones business and make a god awful noise.

I may have to go and see the doc as I have just come down the stairs going !"Ouch ouch OUCH!

thats what mine are like although this morning there was a new symptom of a pain down the left side of the left knee.. I'm just falling apart, lol!
