Horse riding... why bother
I hate Judith. I had two great weeks of horse riding when she wasn’t there. And now she’s back I can’t help but wonder why I even go. Her first words to me last night were ‘How did you manage to jump the big jumps?!’ and I just pretended I didn’t hear her. I managed to jump the big jumps because Rhona gave us a chance to canter round the arena before jumping the thing, whereas Judith gives you about 30 seconds to get cantering and prepared to jump. It takes me longer than that, especially with Sox who does nothing for me. So I’ve begun to question why I actually go every week when I don’t enjoy it anymore. I asked Rhona last week if she still had a riding school so maybe I could go there, but she doesn’t. I’m stuck.
But that was yesterday. Today I’m in work, taking a half day and going to Donegal with Nicky and Tintin. It’ll be fun getting away from the house and the parents and being able to do what I want when I want. Plus I have a bag full of knitting materials, lol.
