Stephen Silver versus Colm Horkan.

Jun 19, 2020 16:16

These are the established facts in the case.
Stephen Silver, unarmed, was approached by a plain clothes detective. After 30 years, yet still only a constable. The policeman nicknamed "The Bear" drew his Sig Sauer and attempted to shot (kill) Mr Silver. The accused then reacted - in fear of his life, given the number of deaths at the hands of police - by taking the firearm away.
Was Horkan on steroids as has been suggested? Horkan was known to be "anti traveller" along with his colleagues.
