ITV 9pm. On the 22nd July 2005 a gym users card was used to identify de Menezes as Osman. The programme rendered the police in a sympathetic light, affable cockneys who blamed "intel" for what was to happen. We saw the firearms unit with rifles. Why? They kept muttering about unorthodox tactics (head shots) and surely it is hard to believe, if not incredible that they never used "blues and twos" to get through traffic. The recce team complained of the tardiness of the firearms unit yet the recce observers were armed themselves. "Frank" tried to exculpate himself as he was 'aving a slash and never positively identified the target. We were told "he looks white" then "he looks north african". There was an earpiece malfunction. Millions of pounds are spent on the Metropolitan police (at a time when soldiers are killed due to faulty equipment abroad) yet we are asked to credit "flat batteries" in the de Menezes murder. He had no luggage, no bulky jacket. Surveillance were on the bus but in front of him. How could he be seen? They thought he had "sussed" them. Why, if he was the bomber didn't he detonate his device? "We only have a bad photo" then we hear "He is a good percent for Nettletip"  The only credible witnesses (i.e not the police) said there was no shout of "Armed police" and no move towards them. That is because the police lied. De Menezes was murdered because he was the wrong colour.  Stockwell,as a TV programme, proves this point.
