Now THAT was a MOTHERFUCKING ROCK SHOW.

You GUYS. God. I have no voice at ALL and I'm so in love with Mike Cooley and John Neff and EZB and Shonna Tucker and Patterson Hood it's not even FUNNY. Also, I love Franz from The Hold Steady and have to look online and see if the guy playing bass is actually the guy I went to my high school prom with or if he just looks like him.

Set List:
Three Dimes Down
Lookout Mountain
Gravity's Gone (Because Mike Cooley LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES ME)
The Company I Keep
The Man I Shot
One of These Days
The Righteous Path
Checkout Time in Vegas
Goode's Field Road
Women Without Whiskey
Living Bubba
Carl Perkins' Cadillac
World of Hurt (With Peter Buck from REM)
Puttin' People on the Moon

Encore:
There was a disturbance in the audience after which Patterson asked what the fuck we thought we were doing, it was only Friday night. Mike responded that this wasn't Hee Haw, and then said "Hell, yeah it is Hee Haw", to which Patterson suggested "Take it away, Roy."

Ghost to Most
Steve McQueen (which included - instead of "That pussy Alec Baldwin sucked in the remake" - "I thought the remake with Alec Baldwin sucked, but that was before 30 Rock, and I kind of like Alec Baldwin now)
Marry Me (during which The Hold Steady came out, as did someone in a gorilla suit. The person in the gorilla suit danced around with the bands and then, at the end of the song, got dry humped by Mike Cooley)
Ain't Talkin' 'bout Love (Van Halen)
Let There Be Rock
The People Who Died

OMG, you guys. Fuck me, but that was a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD rock show. I got some great pictures that I'll deal with in the morning when I'm not falling apart and exhausted.

For now I must pass out and die.
