What gets a lawyers attention
One of our supervising attorneys is mildly narcoleptic and we had been sitting in class for about 6 hours with another professor lecturing so she was kind of dozing off. We got to a point where the lecturing professor was asking some questions about the consequences of various actions and a student raised her hand and answered "you would be exposing your self to a potential malpractice suite". And at this the dozing professor bolts upright and exclaims "what? malpractice suite?!".
