Good to hear you're enjoying yourself. I've found that the people are mostly friendly in my dorm too, though there are a lot more than in yours. I believe it's because everyone is new at this; everyone is just trying to get through their first semester. Since people don't really know other people here, they're more likely to be friendly in an attempt to get to know a few people. If that makes sense. I don't mind it one bit, though. I really haven't had any asshole moments on my floor and I really don't expect to this semester.

Yeah I know what you mean and I've wondered too if that's why everyone is agreeable right now...time will tell.
