first day of class

Yesterday was utterly boring and un-noteworthy other than talking to certain people for long periods of time online, hence the lack of entry. Today was my first day of college classes, and I had four: engineering lab (which I really don't have to go to anymore from what I understand), intro to engineering, calculus, and chemistry (which also had an intro to the lab section since I don't have that until like the 16th). I woke up at like quarter to 8 and was done by 1. Not too shabby I don't think. I don't mind an 8:30 class since I've been used to freakin 7:20 start times and getting up at 6. And today, Wednesday, is my most intense day. Monday I basically have class from 10-1, Tuesday I have one class 8:30-9:30, a huge break, and another at 3:30-4:45, Thursday's hard to explain, and Friday another 10-1 day. On Thursdays I have chem lab 9-12:30, but E-school only has it every other week, so I could have had a Thursday off every other week if I hadn't placed out of STS (technical writing) and substituted in psyc 210. So when I don't have chem lab all I have is a 3:30-4:45 psyc class on Thursdays. College is gonna rock. And after living with my roommate for a whole five days, I think I can pretty safely say that we get along well and will have a good year together. In fact all the first years on my hall get along well, we've got a nice crowd up here, which makes me kind of glad there are only 10 of us to have to like. Things are starting to look up.
