R.I.P to our friendly, neighbourhood butcher

I buy most of my meat from Hugo's, which is a butcher shop pretty close to where we live. Hugo's bacon was voted "Best in the city," much of his meat is from mennonites and his son is the vet on the farm many of his animals come from. it's kinda a weird feeling isn't it??

We went to a winery over the summer and learned that the wine master there died suddenly. He seemed like an amazing mad the last time we saw him (Plus he made INCREDIBLE wine) our hearts ached for he and his family even though we didn't know him very well.
