OH jesus. WE hit the motherlode on Saturday when we got back from Canada. We took our sweet time coming home. We left at 11:30 and didn't get back until 7 that night. The border crossing was almost 2 hours. We were trying to figure out were all the canadians were going. We discovered soon enough. We stopped at the outlet mall in Marysville (haha!) to roam around and stretch our legs so we didn't fall asleep driving. It was slammed with Canadians as they stimulated our economy! WHOA! it was super hardcore.
Anyway we got home to a big package (haha once again) at our door. I ripped it open and discovered it was the dvds of SOLID GOLD that i ordered. 1979 through 1987. All I can say is HOLY SHIT!!! With all the original commericals intact!!
Words cannot even begin to explain the joy and fun that SOLID GOLD caused over this Easter weekend.
I watched GUILTY AS SIN again last night also. This movie is such a trainwreck. I find myself dusting it off every other year or so, just to see if i can fully understand what the filmmakers were trying to do.
But now it is back to work. barf.
