I sorta super hate christmas music. It is all the same thing over and over. Same songs. Different singers.
There are some though, that shine through so brightly I can't stop myself from decking the halls and wrapping presents.
1. ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU- mariah Carey
This song is brilliant. It truly is the only modern christmas song that has lived on as a classic.
2.8 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS- Destiny's Child
This song is brilliant. It truly is NOT a modern christmas song that will live on as a classic. The gifts the girls get are beyond awesome though!!
3. CHRISTMAS WRAPPING- THE WAITRESSES
This song blows me away! You don't get more cooler than this song.
4.WHAT CHRISTMAS MEANS TO ME- Stevie Wonder/Paul Young
OMG! One of those songs that makes you want to dash through downtown while the shoppers are bopping around and snow is falling. The Paul Young cover is pretty decent too!!
5.SLEIGH RIDE- TLC
They take on of the most over sung holiday songs and turn it into a masterpiece of xmas r&b!!!

she actually sings the lines "KILL ALL THE CHILDREN"!!! This album is so bland and boring. It sounds like they plugged in the keyboard and it took a whole day to record the entire thing.
I honestly have listened to the entire thing every day since the day after thanksgiving.
Proof that all you need is a bad wig, a bunch of public domain songs and a crackpipe to make a christmas album. I think she actually falls asleep during DECK THE HALLS and you can hear her snoring. It i mangled masterpiece that i think John Waters would love!
