[After a good long while of not knowing where he was, Italy finds himself on a seemingly normal looking desert island.
The beaches and ocean all look normal to him, so he just goes with it. Maybe in this world, Germany will come and save him. Or some of the rest of his friends too! They wouldn't leave him behind, would they? Of course not!
But just in case, he decides that maybe he should build a sand castle to live in. They might take a long time. And go for a swim too. And chase that crab around. Doesn't that look fun?]
