I used to do pretty much frame-by-frame reviews, with speculation and a detailed plot synopsis and a list of important technical and creature details. This is not one of those reviews.

I don't think anyone would deny both of our boys are fruit loops :D

As for throwing gum wrappers, it seems to be hard-wired into men that they have to wind-up anyone they love, especially if the other person is male. Men are odd. Anyway, that would certainly explain the pot-shots the boys take at each other. Idiots (but lovable idiots).

I never really bought the idea that Sam was willing to work with Dr Benton, even if Sam was on his way to needing a rubber room after Mystery Spot. But it is canon and that was certainly nuts :D

Sam certainly tries to do the right thing, even if he does have a darker side. And I understood his actions in S4. The angels kept telling Dean he would stop it, but they never explained how or when. And since they were willing to raze a city I don't blame Sam for not trusting them blindly.

And who else would commit to being tortured for eternity by Lucifer? Probably only another Winchester.

And yes, I think Sam had a right to be screwed in the head and to run away and hide after 180 years of torture, the guilt of what he did while soulless, having a mental breakdown and then losing everyone he loved.

There are several fanfics where Sam didn't look for Dean between S7 and S8 because he was locked in an institution. It's kinda sad that they make perfect sense.

They are SO MEAN to our boys. I think we need to give the writers a good ticking off so they give Sam and Dean a week on a beach. Or at least stealth couples counselling.

:D
