Late-Night Update
Saturday has been a tough day. I went to bed at about 3:30 am, slept until 9:30 am, got up and got dressed, made a sandwich for brunch, then Knight and I drove down to the Fort Boonesborough State Park for our niece K's wedding. It was a lovely little affair, outside under some trees. Just one groomsman (the groom's brother, I think) and one Maid of Honor (K's younger sister, who is about 13 and starting to look all grown up). We stayed until about 1:30, then dropped my MIL back at her house, sat and visited for about 15-20 minutes, then drove home.
Got back home around 2:30, at which point Knight finally got to bed. I was tired, so after getting back into my PJ's I snuggled in bed with him and slept until 7:30 pm. I got up, got online for a little bit, had a bowl of leftover fruit salad (I always make too much), snuggled with my boy cats for a bit, then popped back into the bedroom at 9:00 pm to wake Knight.
Decided to nap a little bit more, and the two of us dozed until 11:00 pm, at which point I got up, made some soup and sandwiches for us for dinner, then Knight got dressed and went to work. I watched a little TV, rescued part of the "nest" of doll clothes that Sophia had made under the bed, moved the doll clothes and the torn box into the spare room, and now here I am.
It's really no suprise that I'm still up at 1:50 AM considering how much sleep I've already had today! I think I'll play a game or two of Scrabble, then probably get back to bed around 3:00 am. Heh. That's what 3-day weekends are for, right? :)
Not much else to tell... off to play some Scrabble, and maybe neopets for a bit. We shall see. ;)
