(no subject)
i had a pretty good weekend. worked on friday and sat. then i went team penning on sunday.
its actually not team penning...its more like cutting cows on horses. im not sure what you call it.
but ive been riding my brothers horse at these things. we had one really good run but like 4 terrble runs.
lets see...i talked to kim today, but i was basically blown off. i think im goign to give up calling her.
i really want a tattoo. my goal was to get one before thanksgiving, but i forgot. and its in two days. i either want to get a star, three stars, or to design one. i really want to design one, but im not sure where to start.
my mom made clam chowder today, it was super good.
we had to bring the turkeys in today. that was the worst part of my day. but im thankful we found someone to butcher them. and now we'll have fresh turkeys for thanksgiving. i tried to keep one, my favorite, but my mom noticed we only had 4...
and then some more bad news, we have to bring odette back on next tues. do you guys remember when we first got her? when i was writing about her? can you believe that a year has gone by? thats going to be really tough. i really like her. i gave up reno and rizzo pretty easily, but odette fits here so well (she is sleeping on my coat right now).
however...on the other hand...i just found out tonight that we will also be bringing home a puppy on tuesday. another female black lab. thats going to be hard for my mom, it will just remind her of odette. i can't wait to have another puppy in the house. they seem to come at teh perfect time, right when the weather starts getting bad and we need some cheering up.
she is from the "J" litter. so we need a j-name. so if anyone has any good names for a female black lab. it has to be only one or two syllables too.
