So Tired...
► I need more sleep... With my nerves and not wanting to go out today, I only managed 4 hours of sleep when Dad called me this morning. I was dragging for several hours. After I had gotten back to the apartment I fell asleep mid afternoon for a couple more hours. That hasn't helped, however, and I just feel so exhausted still.
Looks like I've got no plans for Easter this year, which is fine. After weeks of worrying about my meeting the other day, I don't feel much like going anywhere. That'll be easy since Dad leaves early Sunday morning for his second golf trip of the year, this one a week in Pennsylvania. This means I likely won't be going out again until the first week of May. That's fine.
► Saw an article on the news earlier in the week. They were totting studies done that supposedly prove that calcium supplements lead to a greater increase in heart attacks and strokes by the calcium tablets hardening arteries. The article, understandably but not without annoyance, focused solely on calcium supplement use of post-menopausal women. Questioned about alternatives there was a doctor who rather smugly (to me) said for women to just eat more milk and cheese.
That's great, but what the hell are people with dairy allergies supposed to do? I was put on 1000 mg of Calcium supplements by my last October because of my (possible) osteoarthritis. I'll admit to being a bit disturbed by the news and I haven't taken my pills in a couple of days. Meh.
► Is it bad that whenever I get a notice saying someone has "chosen" me on dating site OKCupid my first thought is "she can probably do better"?

This redhead obsessed fan is glad to hear that.

► A Timeline of the Endless Development of the Three Stooges Movie, 1976-? - This film project has been in development since before I was born. Somehow I don't it's really close to starting.
► The Ten Craziest Superman/Batman Stories - Superman/Batman is DC's "eh, what the hell" comic. That said, I can't believe they haven't bothered reprinting the Kevin Maguire drawn single issue with the old Pre-Crisis Earth-Two versions of Superman and Batman trapped in Power Girl and the Huntress's bodies. That was gold! What a shameful waste.
► Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) - Is this the greatest movie theme of all time? It certainly must be in the top 3. According to Steven Spielberg in documentary footage on the DVD set, John Williams came up with 2 themes for Raiders and asked Spielberg to chose between them. He said to use both. Sometimes more is totally awesome.
